Booking APP Privacy

Summary

To use the Booking App you will need to provide some basic personal details including an email address so we can notify you about changes to your booking(s). You can book appointments on behalf of others (such as an elderly relative) providing they have given their full consent to do so. Information you provide will be stored and used by the Trusts in relation to managing any bookings within the Booking App. You will need to give your consent when signing-up for your data to be stored and processed.
